No. Alcohol must be purchased by the customer. Texas law prohibits us from purchasing and supplying alcohol. We see this as an advantage to keep costs down so you are able to buy directly from your preferred store without incurring any up-charge or additional fees.

No. Bar & Tender is a rental company focused on providing a curated bar experience that is both visually captivating and effortless the day of your event. We provide the mobile bar, and any add-ons purchased. We connect you to one of our Preferred Bartenders who are the experts at their craft. We focus on providing you an exceptional bar set up while the Preferred Bartender solely focuses on curating your drink menu and day of event bar service. We believe this creates a more efficient and smooth experience. We do however serve as the point of contact between you and the bartender, and oversee all bar planning and set up.

We custom build your bar experience and provide the tools and bar set up needed that is completely curated to you. We do provide feedback and are fully involved in all of the details. From the day you book, to the day of your event we are here to guide you through the whole process and answer any questions you may have. Consider us the liaison between you and our preferred bartender. Once we get information from you on your needs and wants, we game plan with our Preferred Bartender and meet or talk with you to discuss theme and drink menu and finalize all the details. We will guide you through your shopping experience and answer any questions that may arise, and can also provide specifics on what to buy and from where. We will also design a cocktail menu to be displayed that day of your event. Groceries and alcohol must be bought and provided by the customer.

A bartender that is TABC certified, experienced, trusted, and reliable whom we have chosen to collaborate with in order to provide a tailored and stress free bar experience for you. Upon securing your date and booking with us, we will request info from you and then arrange a chat or meet up together to discuss and plan a drink menu and shopping list. This consultation is our pleasure and free of charge. Payment to the Preferred Bartender must be paid directly to them, by you. Bartending price is not included in your rental invoice, and is completely independent from Bar & Tender Mobile Bar Co.

After booking, we will schedule a complimentary bar planning meeting with you and our Preferred Bartender prior to your event. A detailed shopping list of what you will need to purchase to accommodate your party and guests will be provided to you shortly after meeting.

Rates range from $30-$40 an hour and up, depending on your needs. Some customers will need more than one bartender for their event depending on event type and size.

You must be 21 years of age and up in order to rent our bar. Although we do not provide alcohol, our bar is equipped with a two tap keg system. We believe it is best practice to reserve any rentals to legal drinking age only.

A 35% deposit is needed to secure The Shelby. A 50% deposit is required to secure lounge furniture and add-ons.

The outside measures approximately 12’ long by 6’8” wide.

The Shelby can fit where an opening is big enough for the above dimensions and is accessible and free of obstacles for our truck to be able to drive in and drop off the bar.

We do not charge a travel fee for up to 25 miles from our location for The Shelby Bar rental. Any additional miles will incur a travel fee. Prices vary depending on location distance.
